Our Process
1. Creation and technical design of the product:
Each one of our designs is genuine. Our aesthetic DNA is influenced by traditional references and contemporary minimalism, timelessness versus modernity, urban versus natural. Our collection is made for you to find all the essentials for a practical, organized and authentic day to day.
2. Product development:
We take care of every detail of the product, including internal details that are not visible, but that make all the difference in its functionality. For this to happen, it is often necessary that the prototypes of each part are made and remade a few times until the project is impeccable.
3. Choice of raw material:
Cowhide (bovine) leather is our main raw material. All the tanneries we work with have an Environmental Certificate, that is, they comply with the legislation and environmental standards in force and other legal requirements. They treat the water used for tanning leather and other basic principles for preventing pollution, in addition to the correct treatment and conditioning of liquid and solid waste. We also use vegetable tanning leather, a more rigid and natural looking leather that is still not very common in Brazil, but already used in other countries. The tanning of this type of leather is done with vegetable tannins, totally biodegradable.
4. Manufacturing and social awareness:
We seek solutions for a better life. We know that these changes must occur first on our own. We consciously support local professionals who are under pressure from imported products. So we are sure that we are truly contributing to our society. We insist on always reconciling social, economic and environmental responsibility in all our processes.
