Exchange, Return, and Shipping Policies

Returns:

We accept returns on full-priced items within 15 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags and dust bags. Items purchased on sale or at a discount of 10% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, scratched, or are not in their original condition. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be issued. Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days after the return is received.

Taxes and Duties:

For international orders, all taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no additional fees will be required upon delivery. Please ensure to verify any additional charges that might apply in your country before placing the order. If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid local taxes or duties, all shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping:

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 2-6 business days depending on your location. We handle and cover all taxes and duties, so no additional fees will be charged beyond the product price at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Product Colors:

We strive to ensure that the colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in display settings across different devices, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the true color of the product. If you have any concerns about the color of an item, please contact customer service before placing your order.

Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at (e-mail)  immediately with photos of the defect. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that be a replacement or a refund.

Responsibility:

Please note that once the return package is shipped, the responsibility for the package and its contents lies with the customer until it is received by our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked and signed service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
